The restaurant at the Burgener Hotel offers a delightful array of classic Swiss specialties. I must say, their grilled fishes were so delicious, they swam right into my heart! And their finger food? Oh, it was like a symphony of flavors dancing on my taste buds.
Shower temperature fluctuated.

Our stay at Burgener in Saas-Fee was overall great. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. We enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast every morning. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the woman who took care of cleaning and breakfast. The hotel also went above and beyond when our travel plans changed due to cancelled flights, allowing us to change our dates last minute. We appreciated their understanding during these uncertain times. The hotel had a cozy and old-fashioned charm, and our room had a lovely balcony with a stunning mountain view. The beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. We also loved the free Burger pass, which provided us with free public transport and lift access. We would highly recommend Burgener and would love to return in the future.
Nothing that we didn't like. 👍

The hotel is in a great location, just outside the ski lifts and opposite the Intersport ski hire shop. It's also close enough to all ski lifts, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are reasonable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. there are facilities like a bar with helpful and friendly staff. Some previous guests even mentioned the beautiful mountain view from the balcony.
There is no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for business travelers who need constant internet access.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Burgener in the charming town of Saas-Fee. The hotel's location was superb, just a short 3-minute walk from the ski lift. It was even possible to ski back to the hotel entrance. I loved the convenience of being near the après ski scene. The breakfast at Burgener was top-notch, with a wide variety of options, including vegetarian choices. The room was basic but had everything I needed, and considering the price, it was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Burgener and would love to visit again.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

We hit the slopes at the Saas-Fee Ski Resort and conquered the Alpin Express Gondola. The thrill of skiing down the slopes and taking in the breathtaking views was totally worth it. Plus, we got a sweet deal for one child under 6 years, which made the trip even more awesome!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be more late-night fun for us young party-goers. It would have been rad to have some cool activities or events specifically for teenagers to enjoy after a day of skiing.

Great location in the heart of town, close to bars, restaurants, and ski lifts. The room was cozy and had a lovely balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The Burger pass provided free public transport and access to lifts, which was a fantastic perk. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, value for money, and welcoming atmosphere.

We had a blast hitting the slopes at Saas-Fee Ski Resort. The snow was perfect and the runs were sick! And let me tell you, the Alpin Express Gondola was a game-changer. We hopped on that bad boy and were whisked away to the most gnarly views of the mountains. It was like something out of a movie, dude!
The only bummer was that the hotel didn't have a proper party scene for us young party animals. We were hoping for some sick club nights or a rad bar to hang out with our crew.

I recently stayed at Hotel Burgener for a short ski trip. The cozy and beautifully decorated restaurant provided a great atmosphere for breakfast, which had plenty of delicious options to choose from. The well-equipped rooms, though small, were comfortable and offered stunning mountain views from the higher floors. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to all the ski lifts. The polite and responsive reception staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
I can recommend this hotel.

Location, friendly staff, good view from balcony
Wifi not working in the rooms as advertised, uncomfortable beds, gigantic sloppy pillows and beds that are very uncomfortable, toilets to small, place is run down and need severe upgrade and the 2 stars does not reflecting the price, should max be 1 star for nice view and friendly staff, this was high season so we expected costs to be close to daylight robbery...which they were...

As young people, we loved the convenient location just a short walk from the ski slopes and city center. The rooms were very clean and had enough space for playing board games. The strong shower and fresh bedding were a great touch. The delicious breakfast and recommendation for a nearby restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable.
Felt like treated like royalty, nothing to complain about.
